When a customer calls or texts a phone number operated by our Service (typically on behalf of an HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other trades business client), we may collect:
We do not collect names, email addresses, payment information, or location data from end-user callers unless they voluntarily provide it in a reply message or web form.

We do not use this information for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the user's inbound contact.
Our Service sends SMS messages only in direct response to an inbound phone call or text initiated by the end user to a participating business. Consent is established by the user's act of contacting the business.
Mobile information and phone numbers collected through this Service are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. They are shared only with the service providers necessary to deliver the messages (see Section 5).

Message logs and caller phone numbers are retained for up to 12 months for service reliability and dispute resolution, after which they are deleted unless retention is required by law.

We rely on the security controls provided by Twilio and Make.com to safeguard message content and metadata in transit and at rest.

These Terms govern your receipt of SMS text messages from Bay Path Operations LLC ("we," "us," or "our") on behalf of small service businesses (each, a "Business Client") that use our missed-call text-back service (the "Service"). By calling or texting a Business Client's phone number, you agree to these Terms.
When you call or text a participating Business Client and your call is unanswered, our Service sends an automated SMS to your phone number asking when you would like a callback. Any replies you send may be forwarded to the Business Client.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the Business Client. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
The Service supports major US mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying with any of: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT. After opting out you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from us regarding that call.

The Service is intended for use by individuals 18+ located in the United States.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered or that the Business Client will return your call within any specific time frame.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
You agree not to use the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, or send unlawful content. We may block your phone number from the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
